Winter's chilly, and it will only get colder. The thousands of cats and kittens roaming Brooklyn’s streets and yards need our help as we move into the coldest time of year. Foster homes are even more necessary in winter so we can get abandoned cats off the street and out of the cold. Trap, neuter, return programs – TNR – continue to be the best way to reduce the cat population. Rescuers are trapping, spaying/neutering, and helping their feral cat colonies get through the winter, including providing food and warm shelters.

With your help, we can continue to rescue and spay/neuter strays and ferals, and find loving homes for Brooklyn's animals in need. We are an all-volunteer team, so your donation today goes directly to helping us rescue cats and administer medical care (including spay/neuter services), and to providing food and a safe place to stay until each cat finds his or her special human companion and guardian.
